General Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of personalized products and original creations offered by Hana E Mãtou, registered under number 94355692800019, whose head office is located at rue Mont Carmel, 97150, Saint-Martin.

 

 

2. Products

 

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Each creation is unique, especially in the case of customization, which may result in slight variations.

 

 

3. Orders

 

Orders can be placed via our website, social media, or directly (at trade shows, markets, etc.).
All orders imply full acceptance of these GTC.

 

 

4. Prices

 

Prices when preparing your quote are expressed in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC).
Shipping costs are additional and are specified at the time of ordering.

Customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are not included in the amount paid by the customer on our website.

 

 

5. Payment

 

Payment is due upon ordering, by the following methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut and SumUp payment links. You can also pay by card upon collection of your order.
A 40% deposit will be required upon order confirmation.

 

 

6. Delivery Times and Delivery

 

Products are made to order. The average creation time is 2 business days (excluding supply lead time), plus delivery time.
Hana E Mãtou cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Currently, only the Antilles, Metropolitan France and the United States are eligible for delivery of our products.

 

 

7. Personalization

 

For personalized products (text, first name, date, etc.), the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
No returns or refunds will be possible due to customer errors.

 

 

8. Product Availability

 

All products are in limited stock. Additional supplies may require 8 to 10 working days. You will be notified by email of the total delivery time upon receipt of your order.

 

 

9. Right of Withdrawal

 

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
For non-personalized products, the customer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

 

 

10. Returns & Refunds

 

In the event of a non-compliant or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo.
Depending on the case, an exchange, credit note, or refund may be offered.

No returns or refunds will be made for products that are part of the "zero waste" range.

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

All creations, visuals, and content are the property of Hana E Mãtou.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

 

12. Personal Data

 

The personal data collected is used solely for order processing. It will never be sold or shared. The customer has the right to access, rectify, or delete data, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act.

 

 

13. Applicable Law

 

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the matter will be referred to the competent courts.
